eReferral improvements updates in effect
On February 23, several eReferral updates occurred that affect referring, receiving and triage users. While most changes are minor, you may notice them when using eReferral. For a detailed list of key changes implemented for each user role, see the presentation here. eReferral training resources are also available online. If you have questions about how Connect Care will change the way you get patient information, plan to attend Connect Care: A Primary Care Primer. This webinar is open to anyone in primary healthcare, but it’s a great chance for those affected by the Connect Care launch on May 6 to  get practical tips, troubleshooting advice and more. Transition of Community Lab Services to DynaLIFE continues across the province
DynaLIFE began providing community lab services in Brooks, Medicine Hat, and Lethbridge (South Zone) on February 27, 2023.  Two new Patient Care Centre (PSC) locations are opening in Lethbridge, assuming responsibility for existing PSCs in Brooks and Medicine Hat and will start coordinating mobile collections services across the zone.
