Updates

New CII/CPAR Dashboard by PPHS (formerly AH)

Primary and Preventative Health Services (PPHS) has developed their own version of the CII/CPAR dashboard that AMA-ACTT previously created and distributed using PPHS data. This dashboard contains nearly identical metrics as the old ACTT dashboard. This decision was jointly made by ACTT and PPHS because CII/CPAR uptake by eligible PCN member physicians has stabilized at nearly 90% and ACTT will be refocusing on other aspects of CII/CPAR (amongst our other initiatives).

The first PPHS dashboard was distributed for the August monthly update and feedback indicated the data was significantly different from the previous ACTT dashboard. ACTT and PPHS have discussed this issue and the discrepancy should be corrected soon. Going forward, ACTT will no longer update our main CII/CPAR dashboard but will continue to update and share our CPAR Conflicts dashboard.

Operation CPAR Conflicts for Teams

A combined Practice Facilitation Network and Clinic Managers Network webinar on October 6 outlined what CPAR Conflicts are, how they impact patients and clinic staff, dispelled misconceptions about the impact of unpaneling patients on physician compensation and shared how teams can help reduce the Provincial Conflict Rate. Thank you to all who attended!

A recording of the webinar is available to members of the Clinic Managers Network and Practice Facilitation Network on the new AMA-ACTT event site.

A version of the physician-only session from late September can also be viewed here.

Digital Health Innovation Series

AMA-ACTT's Digital Health Innovation Series continues with the next session on December 4 at 7 p.m., and hosted by Dr. Trevor Day. The session will feature a compelling conversation with three clinicians who are pioneering AI use in health care and spotlight practical applications of tools designed to reduce administrative burden and improve patient care.
