Team-Based Care Learning Series 

This series focuses on functionality and practical application of team-based care in health care settings, offering valuable insights and strategies for improving collaboration and performance across teams. Our next session, co-presented by Dr. Elaine Bland, is "The Art of Communication in Health care: Building Stronger Teams." This workshop focuses on enhancing communication in team-based health care by identifying common barriers and exploring practical solutions through proven frameworks.

Leveraging Group Medical Visits to Enhance Care Delivery

Another upcoming session in the Team-based care learning series is “Leveraging Group Medical Visits to Enhance Care Delivery: A Case Study of the ‘Own Your Bones’ Program”. This session, co-presented by Dr. Emma Billington, will explore the benefits of integrating patient education and multi-disciplinary team-led interventions into primary care through group medical visits. Attendees receive a workbook for implementing these enhanced group medical visit strategies.

New EMR Network for Juno!

We are happy to welcome Juno as the latest addition to our EMR Network family! Juno will soon be going live with automated CPAR panels. We’re excited to be kicking off our support with an inaugural webinar on November 20 at 11:00 a.m, where you’ll learn how to maintain a CPAR panel in a Juno clinic. This session is co-hosted by AMA-ACTT and a veteran Juno user from a primary care clinic
