Troubleshooting Panel Sizes

The Panel Management Support Program has highlighted the importance of good paneling processes. The Learn@AMA curriculum “CII/CPAR: Go-Live and Beyond” contains a course titled “Maintenance and Troubleshooting”. This course covers the criteria for inclusion in a CPAR panel in various EMRs, how to compare your CPAR Portal panel size to your local EMR panel report, and other more advanced troubleshooting tips.
If you’re getting a lot of questions about CPAR panel sizes, a refresher of this course might help!

AVA is Going Fully Live!

AVA has finished the final phase of testing and will now start working with clinics to get them fully live on CII/CPAR. This means that clinics currently setup for manual CPAR panels will be switched over to automatic panels and Encounters very soon, and clinics that have already submitted a CoP will be contacted by eHealth with next steps for onboarding.
AVA Industries continues to update their CII/CPAR resources on their website, and ACTT has added a “Key Resources” page to our Resource Centre.

What is CII/CPAR Connect?

CII/CPAR Connect is a regular meeting for anyone needing support with CII/CPAR and aims to support those implementing CII/CPAR by creating a forum to connect and ask questions.

Meetings run monthly, typically on the third Tuesday of the month at 1 p.m. You can choose to attend any one meeting or all of them.
