Hello CII/CPAR Connect participants,
 

To provide information to Connect meeting participants who may not have been able to attend the most recent session (June 21), we’ve prepared the following summary:
 

HQCA Conformed Patient List (CPL) Panel Reports

  • Since June 6 HQCA had 22 new requests for panel reports ( 9 requests on June 6 alone)
  • The turnaround time for reports is 2-3 weeks. If you haven’t received it in the time frame, please email primaryhealthcarereports@hqca.ca

 
CII/CPAR Acceleration Grant

Monthly statistics
The latest CII/CPAR Provincial Monthly Statistics for June have been released and are showing some impressive results:

  • PCN family physicians are at 57% uptake (live and in-progress) respresenting a 4% increases over last month; this is excellent progress! A new record for monthly percentage increase in participation!
  • North and Central Zones are leading the way, with both over 70% live or in-progress; getting close to reaching the provincial target of 80%!

EMR Updates
Telus CHR

  • Data is still flowing to the test environment, but should be changing to live Netcare data flow soon

Telus PSS

  • Encounters are ready! They will flow to Netcare as of June 28, 2023
  • PSS CED Data Mapping and PSS: How to Send Encounters to Netcare
  • Ongoing issue: Consults not being sent to Netcare as of ~ May 13. Work is under way to fix

Okaki and AVA conformance expected soon

What is CII/CPAR Connect?  


CII/CPAR Connect is a regular meeting for anyone needing support with CII/CPAR and aims to support those implementing CII/CPAR by creating a forum to connect and ask questions.

Meetings run monthly, typically on the third Tuesday of the month at 1 p.m.You can choose to attend any one meeting or all of them.
